TOOLS N TRADE – SCRATCH N WIN 2026
Official Terms & Conditions
Promotional Period: 16 November 2026 to 18 December 2026, closing at 8:45am AWST.
Promoter: Tools N Trade, 7 Rose Street, Manjimup WA.
1. Eligibility and Qualifying Purchases

One (1) Scratch N Win ticket will be issued for each eligible transaction $50.00 and over.

Purchases charged to an approved customer or trade account qualify for a scratchie at the time of purchase.

Cash and EFTPOS sales qualify.
-
One scratchie will be issued per eligible transaction, regardless of the total transaction value.
-
Multiple qualifying transactions may receive multiple scratchies.
-
No additional fee is charged to participate.
2. Excluded Transactions
The following do not qualify for a Scratch N Win ticket:

Redeeming gift vouchers. Gift voucher amounts do not contribute towards the qualifying $50.00 spend.

Payments made towards existing customer or trade account balances. The qualifying purchase receives the scratchie, not the subsequent account payment.

Repairs, servicing, labour and associated workshop jobs carried out by the Tools N Trade Workshop.
-
Purchases of $49.99 or less.
-
Purchases made by Tools N Trade employees.
Returning, refunding or exchanging items to purchase another item does not entitle the customer to an additional scratchie for the same purchase value.
3. Instant Win Prizes

Scratchies provide customers with the chance to win an instant prize.
-
Prizes include stubby holders, tool sets, a cordless power tool combo valued at $1,000 and other promotional prizes.

Not every scratchie will be an instant winner.
-
Winning scratchies must be presented to Tools N Trade staff for verification and prize redemption.
-
Instant prizes are subject to the allocation of prizes within the promotion.
-
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
4. Major Prize Draw
All valid Scratch N Win tickets, including instant winning tickets and "Try Again" tickets, are eligible to enter the Major Prize Draw.
To enter, customers must complete their ticket with their name and contact phone number at the time of purchase and place it in the designated entry barrel at Tools N Trade.
Entries close at 8:45am AWST on Friday 18 December 2026.
The Major Prize Draw will take place at 9:00am on Friday 18 December 2026, in the Tools N Trade car park at 7 Rose Street, Manjimup WA.
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received before the closing time.
The winner does not need to be present and will be contacted using the details provided on their ticket.
5. Major Prize Package
The Major Prize package is valued at over $1,700 and includes:

A split system air conditioner

A wheelbarrow
-
Additional tools and promotional prizes
Air Conditioner Installation: Installation is not included in the prize. The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for installation by a suitably qualified and licensed installer, including any additional materials or electrical work required.
The Major Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Purchases on Behalf of a Business
Where a qualifying purchase is made on behalf of a company or business, the scratchie will be issued to the person making the purchase.
It is the responsibility of that individual to comply with any arrangements or policies of their employer concerning promotional tickets and prizes.
Tools N Trade is not responsible for disputes regarding ownership of promotional tickets or prizes between an employee and their employer.
7. Employee Exclusion
Tools N Trade employees are excluded from participating in the promotion and are not eligible to claim instant prizes or enter the Major Prize Draw.
8. General Conditions

All scratchies must be genuine tickets issued by Tools N Trade during the promotional period.

Tickets must be completed and submitted before the advertised closing time to qualify for the Major Prize Draw.

Tools N Trade reserves the right to verify qualifying purchases and the validity of entries.

Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Personal information collected will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and contact the winner.
